Title: Stories of women’s bravery

Project: Online Presentation – Stopmotion Animation 

Have you ever heard of the name Malala Yousafzai? The girl that got shot by the Talibans only because she was fighting for the right for Education.

Or have you ever heard the story of Yusra Mardini? The young swimmer that jumped into the cold waters only to save 18 refugees from drowning when the boat engine suddenly stopped in the middle of the sea.

Syria, Pakistan/ Pakistan, Syria.

Two countries, two women, two stories.

Using the Youth Makerspace technological equipment we created these women figures with 3D Printer, 3D Pen, Laser Cut etc and afterwards we made a stop-motion animation bringing these stories to life.

So different yet so similar to one another. Two stories full with courage, hope, optimism and strength. Because sometimes the only thing that we need is just a reminder to wake us up.

These are the stories of  women’s bravery!
